“Rock This World!”
It’s not the usual thing most people post on here but it shall suffice. =]
Basically, if you didn’t know, I started a music blog a few months ago. I’ll admit, I didn’t like my creation and it got neglected. So I decided to start from scratch and take it in a new direction.
Which leads me to this post; my first post has nothing to do with music! Intrigued? So were the 360 people that have taken a look since 12 midnight GMT (It’s 3:46pm as I type this!), unfortunately, they clearly weren’t the commenting types as they didn’t comment… =/
Please take a look and all feedback would be much appreciated… And if you subscribe or share it with anyone, I’ll be forever in your debt.

Good to see you here Rock.
I wonder where the traffic came from? I know a lot of the Stumbleupon folks don’t leave comments. When I get a lot of traffic on a lens from outside of Squidoo, I get little lens rank update usually, but every bit does help.
I will take a look at the blog, sounds like a good idea.
I have several places where my music lenses are indexed, both as a page on my blog here at Squidtop, and also at http://www.poddys.com/music.htm – my original domain. I have been toying with the idea of adding more music lenses from other lensmasters there as well if I get backlinks. Good for everyone…

Just looked at your Blog, Rock – wow!
Reinvention? Well I have a couple of lenses that need reinventing, does that count? Because that’s what I like about Squidoo, nothing is static, everything is changing all the time. Trouble is, it’s sometimes difficult to keep up with it all.
Am still not sure about Stumbleupon Poddys – I think Tagfoot is going to be better.
Hey, didn’t the three of us have a conversation on the SquidU Forum a few weeks back – something to do with lyrics and Spammers on the Starboard Bow, Jim?

Tony; I’ve just looked at my stats and a lot came from SU but some came directly (no idea!) and some came from Myspace.
AJ; any reinvention counts! Tbh that was why I posted about it here, reinvention is how we take steps forward. The “three U’s” don’t just apply to Squidoo but to anything we aim for… We just get closer to our goal instead of a lensrank boost in life!

It will take longer for me to add lyrics lenses, but I think this could be good, having a greater collection.

Looks great, it has the feel of a music blog. As I believe Thomas Edison said (and this is not a direct quote) failing can be important so that then we know what doesn’t work…thus we reinvent.
